1. Delivery Time

1.1 For orders placed on the website Sextoyfunny.com：

Orders paid before 16:00 (Monday-Saturday) will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 16:00 (Monday-Friday) will be shipped on the next business day. Orders paid after 16:00 on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.

1.2 For orders through social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Line)：

If a delivery time is agreed upon with the customer, it will be followed. If there is no agreement, the same delivery time as orders on the website will apply.

1.3 New shipments：

Will be shipped according to the time agreed with the customer.

1.4 Orders during holidays：Will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Service Area

Throughout Thailand.

 

3. Delivery Points and Transport Time

Most products are shipped from Shenzhen, China, with a transport time of 5-15 days. Some products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand, with a transport time of 2-5 days.

We are currently accelerating the construction of a warehouse in Thailand. Once completed, there will be additional products shipped from Thailand, which will help reduce transport time and increase customer satisfaction.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Orders on the website Sextoyfunny.com will use the shipping costs specified in the system. For orders through social media, if a shipping cost is agreed upon with the customer, it will be followed.

 

5. Handling Shipping Issues

If the expected delivery time is exceeded, customers can contact customer service to check the status. We will coordinate with the shipping company to track and provide feedback. If the delivery time is exceeded and loss cannot be confirmed, and there is no update on the shipping status, we will discuss with the customer to find a solution. For orders confirmed as lost, we will reship using the same time frame as the normal shipping policy. Example: If loss is confirmed on Wednesday at 15:30, it will be reshipped on Wednesday. Example: If loss is confirmed on Saturday at 16:10, it will be reshipped on Monday. For areas without home delivery service, we will inform customers of the pickup points for self-collection.

 

6. Policy Updates and Exceptions

This policy may be adjusted according to the rules of the shipping company, customs policies, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Significant changes will be announced on the website.

 

7. Shipping Description for Certain Countries with Restricted Policies

We do not ship products to countries with restrictions on adult products, such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, etc.
