Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
The Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Sample Policy") aims to establish guidelines and control the process of returns and refunds between the company and customers to ensure smooth operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and the company's reputation. This policy covers the conditions, methods, and timeframes related to the return of products or requests for refunds.

2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Products with manufacturing defects, including electrical circuit issues, damaged parts, or partial functionality not meeting specifications.
Products damaged during transportation. However, since we cannot control or intervene in the activities of the shipping company regarding the handling of goods or temporary storage, damages that occur during transportation that are not related to the appearance or functionality of the product itself (e.g., only the external packaging is damaged) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Products received do not match the description in the order, including color, model, less than normal delivery, or missing essential components.

3. Timeframes and Procedures
3.1 Timeframes:
Quality issues: Submit a request within 15 days after receiving the product, along with evidence.
Damaged product issues: Submit a request within 48 hours, along with evidence.
Product description mismatch: Submit a request within 48 hours, along with evidence.
3.2 Return and Refund Procedures: Submit a request:
Email sextoyfunny66@gmail.com or contact customer service via Line, specifying the order number, problem description, and photographic/video evidence.
Verification: Customer service will respond with the results of the verification within 24 hours.
Return the product: After approval, return the product to the address provided by customer service.
Quality inspection: The warehouse will conduct a quality inspection within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refund/resend: If the quality inspection passes, the refund will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method, and the resending of products will be carried out according to the shipping policy.
The above procedures are for normal cases. If there are special circumstances, please contact customer service via Line to proceed according to the temporary agreement reached.

4. Costs and Responsibilities
4.1 Shipping cost responsibility conditions:
We are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for new products for customers.
4.2 Refund amount calculation:
The principle is to provide a full refund or send a new product for free. If there is a special agreement with the customer, it will be carried out according to that agreement.
4.3 Special conditions for international orders:
If it involves international returns, customs duties and clearance fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
The refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rates or payment channel fees.

5. Return Product Requirements
5.1 Packaging requirements:
A non-transparent box must be used for returns, and there should be no messages or images related to adult products on the box. In the product details section on the shipping label, please indicate "toy."
5.2 Safety handling:
Electrical products (e.g., vibrators) must have the batteries removed and the circuit connectors securely closed.
Liquid products (e.g., lubricants) must be in their original packaging and leak-free during transportation.
5.3 Loss risk:
It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking and keep the tracking number after sending the product.
We are not responsible for the loss of uninsured parcels.

6. Disclaimer and Exclusions
6.1 Cases of exclusion from liability:
Damage caused by customer care (e.g., liquid leaks, battery deterioration).
Requests submitted beyond the specified timeframe or inability to provide valid proof of purchase.
Products that have been modified or show signs of unusual use.
6.2 Policy exclusions:
Delays due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or disease control measures.
Custom-made products (e.g., engraving services) cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Policy Updates and Enforcement
7.1 We reserve the right to update the policy according to legal requirements and operational needs, with significant changes announced 15 days in advance via the website.
7.2 This policy is effective from the date of announcement, and the final interpretation rights belong to the Sextoyfunny team.
