How We Select the Products We Offer

We partner with reputable manufacturers with proper certifications, and we evaluate every product from the ground up before it ever reaches our shelves. Our selection process includes:

Material Safety Assessment

We apply strict screening standards tailored to each type of material used in our products, ensuring that every category meets the required level of safety for intimate use. Examples include:

• Silicone: We prioritise products made from food‑grade or medical‑grade silicone. This type of silicone is chemically inert, meaning it does not react with bodily fluids and contains no toxic fillers. Unlike lower‑grade silicone, high‑quality silicone burns to a white powdery ash (rather than black sticky residue), and can be identified by its dry, non‑greasy surface and lack of odour. In addition, premium silicone is heat‑resistant (suitable for boiling water sterilisation), resists aging and cracking, and offers a longer service life.

• TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer): TPE is a non‑toxic, eco‑friendly elastomer known for its excellent flexibility and elasticity, offering a feel that closely resembles human skin. However, the quality of TPE varies significantly between different grades. We select only products that have passed relevant safety tests and contain no harmful plasticisers such as phthalates. We also pay close attention to material odour and oil migration – premium TPE has little to no odour and remains dry on the surface without oil bleed, avoiding the skin irritation and premature aging that often result from low‑grade TPE with excessive mineral oil content.

• ABS Resin: ABS is a high‑strength engineering plastic widely used in medical devices, food containers, and children's toys. We require that the ABS used in our products meets the same safety standards as those applied to medical devices and food containers – non‑toxic, odourless, and free from BPA and other harmful additives. High‑quality ABS features a uniform glossy finish, a smooth feel, and good resistance to yellowing, maintaining stable physical properties over long‑term use.

• Stainless Steel: We favour products made from 304 or 316 medical‑grade stainless steel. These grades contain precisely controlled ratios of nickel and chromium, forming a dense chromium oxide passive film on the surface that offers excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Compared to ordinary stainless steel, medical‑grade stainless steel is far less likely to react with sweat, detergents, or bodily fluids, and does not leach heavy metal ions. Its smooth surface resists bacterial growth and is easy to clean and sterilise, making it ideal for products with high hygiene requirements.

Beyond our material‑specific criteria, we also evaluate products against the following general safety dimensions:

• Surface Finish: We check for smoothness, ensuring no burrs, sharp edges, or rough spots that could compromise comfort during use.

• Colour Fastness and Stability: High‑quality materials hold colour well without fading or bleeding, reducing the risk of prolonged dye contact with skin.

• Odour‑Free: We strictly select products with little to no chemical odour, avoiding the harsh smells commonly found in low‑grade materials that can detract from the user experience.

• Durability: We assess the material's resistance to tearing and deformation under normal use, ensuring that each product maintains good physical performance throughout its reasonable lifespan.

Manufacturer Verification

All our partner manufacturers are required to provide product test reports and relevant safety certifications (such as RoHS, REACH, FDA, etc.), confirming that their products meet our strict safety and quality requirements.

Random Quality Checks

We conduct random inspections on every incoming batch to verify material texture, odour, surface finish, and other details – ensuring that the product you receive matches the quality we selected in the first place.
