Your tracking number can be obtained in the following three ways: ① Contact our customer service via the official website chat window or social media; ② If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number after we dispatch your order. Sometimes this email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there as well; ③ You can also check it on your order status page.

Please note that for some orders, tracking information may not be available until the package reaches the destination country. This is normal. Once the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier for delivery, tracking information will become available. All you need to do is be patient.
