Your tracking number can be obtained in the following three ways: ① Contact our customer service via the official website chat window or social media; ② If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number after we dispatch your order. Is your packaging discreet?

Absolutely. Most products come with their own color boxes. We wrap them with a layer of bubble wrap for cushioning and pack them in non-transparent courier bags. For products without their own color boxes, we place them in our own brown packaging boxes and then pack them in non-transparent courier bags. In addition, the product name on our shipping label is listed as toys, beauty devices, dehumidifiers, etc., so you don't need to worry about others knowing what you have purchased.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived after a long time?

If your order has not been delivered or you cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will be unable to process any claims for non-delivery beyond this period.
