How can I track my package?

Your tracking number can be obtained in the following three ways: ① Contact our customer service via the official website chat window or social media; ② If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number after we dispatch your order. Sometimes this email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there as well; ③ You can also check your order status page. Please note that for some orders with standard shipping to certain countries and regions, tracking information may not be available until the package reaches the destination country.
