Is shipping free for my products?
Except for certain items that are particularly heavy, most products from the Sextoyfunny online store are shipped for free! You can check shipping information on the product page and the checkout page.
Can I choose my own shipping method?
Sextoyfunny uses SUNYOU as the initial shipping provider, which is an expert in international shipping. The owner of Sextoyfunny has worked with SUNYOU for many years on e-commerce platforms such as Aliexpress, Ozon, and Amazon and has earned the trust of customers. If you want to choose your own shipping provider, please contact our customer service, and we will assist in managing the shipping according to your chosen method. However, if the shipping method you choose is more expensive than usual, you will need to pay the additional shipping cost.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
If you received only part of your order, don't worry. You may be experiencing one of the following two situations:
① The weight or size of the product exceeds the shipping provider's requirements. In this case, we will split the package into two or more pieces for shipping.
② The product has special components. For safety in shipping or to pass customs smoothly, we may need to split the package into multiple pieces.
In both cases, the split packages will arrive within no more than 2 days. If you do not receive the remaining packages within this time, please contact our customer service, and we will help track the package and resolve the issue for you.
Is your packaging discreet and secure?
The answer is yes, absolutely! Most products come in colorful boxes already. We will use an additional layer of bubble wrap and opaque packaging as the outermost layer. For products without the original colorful box, we will place them in a prepared brown shipping box and wrap them in opaque packaging as well. Additionally, our shipping label will only list the product as "toy," "beauty equipment," or "dehumidifier," so you don't have to worry about anyone knowing what you purchased.
What should I do if my order has not been received for a long time?
If your order has not arrived or you cannot locate the package, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the expected shipping date. After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for undelivered orders.
Is ordering from Sextoyfunny safe?
Sextoyfunny uses the Shopline platform to create its website, which is a reliable professional website-building platform. Shopline does not allow us to collect your payment details. We only know the payment method you used, such as whether you used a credit card or debit card, but we cannot see your credit card number or other payment information. Additionally, the third-party payment providers that Shopline connects with undergo strict security checks. What should I do if the toy does not work?
Please follow these steps in order:
① Check the battery compartment: Some products come with batteries installed for safety during shipping, and there is a paper spacer between the battery terminals that must be removed before use.
② Try using a new battery: Test with a new battery. When not in use, always remove the battery. Leaving the battery in the device may cause it to run out of power.
③ Charge it sufficiently: Rechargeable toys must be charged for the specified time. Generally, there will be a status light while charging. You can check the recommended charging time on the product page or in the manual.
④ Check the battery cover: For toys that require a base to be screwed on, make sure the cover is tightly secured. In older toys, the spring may be loose; try gently pulling the spring to ensure better contact with the battery.
⑤ If you have tried everything and it still does not work: We sincerely apologize. Please contact customer service, and we will help resolve your issue.
