For customers who need their orders sooner, we also provide an express delivery option. You can choose based on your schedule and urgency.

Our Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Free Shipping)

  • Cost: Completely free with no minimum order value required – no need to add extra items just to qualify for free shipping.

  • Best For: Everyday purchases where delivery speed is not a top priority, helping you save on every order.

  • Delivery Time: 5–15 days for Southeast Asian countries, and 10–30 days for other countries, depending on the destination country or region.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also request the tracking number from our customer service team. You can check the shipping progress online anytime. Please note that for some orders, tracking information may not be available while the parcel is outside the destination country. The tracking will become available once the parcel clears customs in the destination country.

  • Coverage: Available for all countries and regions we support. The checkout page will show whether your address is eligible for delivery.

Express Delivery (Paid Shipping)

  • Cost: Calculated based on destination and package weight. The exact fee will be shown at checkout.

  • Best For: Urgent orders or when you simply don't want to wait for standard delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 3–10 business days after order confirmation, depending on the destination country or region.

  • Priority Handling: Express orders are prioritised for picking and packing to ensure they are dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Tracking: Full tracking is provided so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

On the checkout page, you will see both delivery options clearly listed with their respective costs. Simply select Standard Delivery to enjoy free shipping. If you need your order sooner, choose Express Delivery and pay the calculated fee.
